Payment schedules are as follows: 

6/6 Month Reservations must pay in full

or 3 scheduled payments, which are as follows:

1^st Month - $1,208.34

 (Deposit taken off this payment)

2^nd Month - $1,208.33

3^rd Month - $1,208.33

All Reservations are subject to space available.

All rates are double occupancy and include full hook-up water, sewer and electric.

Extra person is $3.50 per day.

Guests and/or visitors stay is limited to two (2) weeks.

A $100.00 Deposit will hold your reservation. 

$75.00 is refundable if you cancel your reservation within 30 days or more of your arrival date.

No refunds for reservations canceled 29 days or less of your arrival date.

NO REFUNDS OR CREDIT FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.
